Press Visit

Access for journalists (print media, vloggers/bloggers, radio, television, and (press) photographers) is only possible after registration and approval from Fenix’s press department. Approved applicants will receive press tickets. Fenix hosts do not accept press cards, business cards, or other media passes for free entry.

You can request a press visit by emailing pr@fenix.nl and including the following information:

• Name
• Media outlet
• Client
• Copy of press card
• Desired date of visit (Please note: due to the response time, the desired visit date must be at least 5 days in the future.)

Filming and Photography

By Visitor
As a visitor, you are allowed to film and take photos in the museum, under the following conditions:

• You may not use lighting, tripods, or props.
• Equipment must be handheld in size.
• Other visitors must not be disturbed.
• The material is for personal use.

Wedding photography is not permitted at Fenix. For more information, please refer to the frequently asked questions.

Professionals
(Inter)national media, partners, and associates of Fenix can submit a request to film in the museum via pr@fenix.nl. Be sure to include in your request:

• What you want to film
• What the footage will be used for
• Your deadline and publication date
• Size of the crew

Please note: the desired recording date must be at least 4 weeks in the future due to the required response time and preparation.

Fenix is happy to consider whether and to what extent we can accommodate your request.
